Taey Kim is a media artist based in London and Seoul, Korea. Her main interest is an interactive storytelling system and cyberbody with gender issues in visual art. Her interactive nonlinear storytelling project entitled 'STEP' recently won the web mobile project commission prize in the Korean Culture & Arts Foundation awards and the exhibition travelled from Far East to West.
She has an MA in Interactive Media Practice and Theory at Goldsmiths College and London College of Communication at University of Arts London and has studied in Fine Art Research in Chelsea College of Art and Design. Currently, she is working at SMARTlab as an online manager and interactive media artist.
